How to Manage Your CAROL Membership on the Bike
Follow these steps on your CAROL Bike to activate, view, manage billing details, or cancel membership payments:
- Log in to your account on the CAROL Bike.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select User Preferences.
- Scroll down to CAROL Membership.
CAROL Membership can only be managed on the CAROL Bike screen
Payment processing notes
- Ensure the bike has a stable WiFi connection when cancelling or renewing so payment information can be processed by the payment center.
- Membership payments are managed through the payment center and will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled via the console.
Troubleshooting tips
- If you want to stop future membership charges immediately, remove your billing details from the CAROL Membership screen.
- If the option to manage membership is missing from your profile, log in with the rider account used to activate CAROL Membership.
- If you are preparing a return, cancel your membership on the bike before the scheduled pickup.
