How should I proceed if I decide to sell my CAROL bike?

We kindly ask you to introduce us to the buyer of your CAROL bike by email. The document will serve as your authorization for us to proceed with the transfer of the ownership.

Please send an email to our customer support team at carol@carolfitai.com or support@carolfitai.com. We will need the buyer's contact information  (name, address, email address, and phone number). Ideally, the buyer would be cc'ed in the email you send to us.

Our team will confirm the receipt of your email. We will send the buyer a form to be filled out and an invoice. The buyer will need to pay for the software subscription.  The buyer cannot use the subscription left on your account. We will transfer the bike's license to the buyer and start a new subscription.
