What if I am not there when my CAROL arrives?

What if no one is there to sign for the delivery?

The courier will contact you to schedule another delivery time. If you are unable to receive the package within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, the courier will return the CAROL bike to the warehouse. A member of CAROL customer support will contact you to re-arrange delivery.

Can I tell the courier to leave the CAROL outside?

You can authorise the courier to leave your CAROL bike in a safe location. Please contact CAROL customer support to arrange this. You will be asked to provide written confirmation.

The courier will take photo evidence that the package was delivered undamaged in the location you specified.
